As a BACP accredited counsellor with over 15 years experience I support people through depression, anxiety, addiction, trauma, abuse and loss amongst many other issues. Having a confidential space to talk, a space just for you, can start you on the path to making positive changes. Past and present experiences impact our wellbeing, therefore my approach will be tailored to you.

In addition to my private practice, my professional background consists of over 5 years counselling in a drug and alcohol rehabilitation centre, 9 years counselling staff and students in a busy sixth form college, voluntary counselling at a women's refuge and Bolton Beacon Counselling Service, plus using play therapy within schools. I am also a qualified supervisor.

When I Work
I have limited availability for face to face sessions on Thursday and Friday daytime only.
Online sessions are available evenings and Wednesdays.
